Has anyone ever seen this on one of their AG orders? I made a replacement part order back in early December and one of the item was backordered until early January then it was backordered again until 1/31. I kinda forgot about it but was checkingout some old orders last night and noticed it now says shipped/not trackable? When it was backordered it actually said available and I did call CS about it a few weeks ago and they said it was just a hard item to get.

All the "not trackable" things I've gotten were small things that AG sent out via the Postal Service instead of UPS.

Thanks, I usually get an e-mail with a tracking number so I was surprised to see it had shipped and I hadn't been notified. Also the CS I spoke to couldn't really explain it.

I know that AG Club items are marked "not trackable" when you go to the Order Status to look at the information.

When I've had those in the past, they've been replacement parts or club charms, and they're delivered by the postal service. They're usually here pretty quickly too, which is a big plus!

Yup! I ordered a club charm on Tuesday and I got it today!
Of course, I'm in Madison.

I've had a few items like that. It's usually small items through the post office or UPS and does not have to be signed for.
